We regret that contrarily to our repeated requests PSSI did not use the FIFA standard electoral code as a basis for its electoral code. This would have made the elaboration of this code much easier, and its output of a better quality. In addition, in principle there is no need for two documents – an electoral code based on FIFA standard electoral code would have been sufficient.We have enclosed our comments on both documents. Considering that there is no time for us to proceed to a further review before the 26 March 2011 Congress, we ask you to send us by Monday 28 March 2011 the approved version of this electoral code. FIFA will then evaluate whether it is conform to FIFA standard electoral code. We highly recommend that you take into account the comments made.
